Custom Name 

If you would like to add a custom name please select the quantity of items that need to be personalized.

Example:
If you are ordering 3 shirts but only 2 need names, select 2 personalized items.

Please make sure the Name fields match the quantity selected. Each personalized item must have its own name entered.
