Terms & Conditions 

PLEASE double check your cart before ordering. Once an order has been placed, we CANNOT make any changes or additions to your order. Any order you wish to have canceled will incur a 5% cancellation fee of the order total. Additionally, any order that has been processed to ship cannot be canceled. 

843 Printing and More does not accept liability for any packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier for delivery to the customer. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a carrier failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns. 

By purchasing from this site, you agree to our policies. 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications need to be sent to homeofnmbchiefs@gmail.com. We will not refund initial shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise we do not pay for return shipping. Returning shipments must be postmarked to return no more than 7 days of date that the order was received by customer. Orders that are received for return that do not meet the return policy requirements will be donated to a local charity. We do ask that you send us a picture of the damaged item/items to help us figure out the cause. 

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow up to 15 business days for all orders to ship. We make each product to order so it takes some extra time to have each order processed and shipped out. Once your order is processed to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking info and an estimated ship date. Please note that the quoted shipping times at checkout DO NOT include our processing times. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The item should be shipped to 843 Printing and More at 120 Pinnacle PL Unit D Little River SC 29566. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a gift card via email for the price of the item. This gift card can be used for any items on our website. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated, and no gift card will be issued. 

All exchanges must be received by 843 Printing and More within 7 days of receipt of your package. 

We DO NOT accept any exchanges on holiday related items. 

Any packages received after 7 days will be refused by 843 Printing and More and returned to the sender. 

RETURNS

If you would like to return any items, they must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. The items must be received by 843 Printing and More within 7 days of the package being delivered. Your items will be refunded less the cost of original shipping and there is also a 20% restocking fee for all returned merchandise. If any items are not in new condition, the items will be donated, and no refund will be issued. 

All returns must be received by 843 Printing and More within 7 days of receipt of your package. 

We DO NOT accept any returns on holiday themed items. 

Any packages received after 7 days will be refused by 843 Printing and More and sent back to the sender. 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and exchanges. 

When returning or exchanging any items, please include the packing slip that was included in your order. Please indicate on the packing slip whether you would like to exchange or return your items. Including this packing slip will help to expedite the return/exchange process. 

Please allow 7 business days for all exchanges and returns to be processed once we receive them. You will receive an email conformation for your refund once it has been processed. 

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that are purchased at a wholesale discount or purchased for resale by the customer. 

Warranty Disclaimer

This site and the materials on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, 843 Printing and More disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. 843 Printing and More does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. 843 Printing and More does not make any warranties or representation regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeless, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.  

Limitation of Liability

843 Printing and More shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or performance of the products, even if 843 Printing and More has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusions of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.    

Typographical Errors

In the event that 843 Printing and More product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price. 843 Printing and More reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 843 Printing and More reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, 843 Printing and More shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. 

Notice

843 Printing and More may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to 843 Printing and More. 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 843 Printing and More, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the "Service Providers") from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any activity related to your account (including negligent) or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your internet account.
